SERVICIOS DE INSPECCION

We are in a position to Offer to our buyers a “ Quality Control ” service, to minimize risks and improve the quality of products manufactured in China Mainland. Inspections are performed “ in site ” by our Quality Control staff , even supplying a comprenhensive report .(  Even if the factories have their own quality control crew )

It is important to exercise a “ quality proof ” externatlly to meet the quality standards already agreed.  This control may insure the factories maximizing the controls, to be test proof. Steps in Process :

1º- INITIAL PRODUCTION CHEKING
It helps us test the quality of materials and components meet with customer´s specifications and requirements : confirming simples . It is performed at the begining of the process , to make an early double checking; take steps to correct and avoy, if most posible , delay in process, dispatch and delivery...

2º- INSPECTION DURING PRODUCTION
It is performed at the middle of the production process. Generally speaking, there should not be any problem at this stage, because we have done a previuos checking , but here we can detect any problems with the finish ; labelings or even packing. Mending these problems timely, means becoming more reliable .

3º- FINAL INSPECTION
It is teh last inspection . Production is finished and ready to load. We make inspections randomly : quality, labeling, packing, markings. To safeguard any problem and somehow guaranty satisfaction . Even if we find any situation , it is better to delay and fix , rather than dispatch deffective goods . Save time save money.

4º- CARGO SUPERVISION

We request customers FF to confirm , goods have been recived and loaded completely. Thus , assuring the quantities in cartons and uniets, meet the requirements.
